Merck raises general health awareness by challenging audience with a quiz chatbot

Merck wanted to engage with users on their Facebook page in Latin America and to raise general awareness and knowledge about health.
We developed an interactive quiz bot on Facebook Messenger to test users’ knowledge and direct them to additional resources and information relating to each question.
We used Facebook Messenger’s structured content templates to bring the content to life, and each user is given a score at the end of the quiz, prompting them to share with their friends.
We also developed an analytics dashboard to allow Merck’s employees to view interaction, completion data and conversation logs.
